You already have experience in the area of customer care / customer management and know your way around the agency cosmos or the marketing sector. You always have an open ear for the wishes and needs of our customers and want to advise them on digital projects. You love customer contact and don't break a sweat even in difficult situations.

• Training with professional experience or completed studies in the field of communications, media or business administration
• Passion for customer contact and you are always up for new projects and industries
• You can work well in a team but also independently
• Great pleasure in identifying and solving problems
• Analytical skills and responsible action
• Excellent communication skills
• Optimally already experience in the field of marketing or advertising
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

• We start the day with a Morning Call with the whole team
• You are the first contact person for our customers and support them in the area of customer acquisition.
• You are responsible for the project management of our current projects
• You are a support in the area of business development by internally representing the wishes and problems of our customers.
• You take care of the planning and organization of your own projects together with the team to ensure long-term customer satisfaction
