The digital agency amce studios was founded as a GbR in 2020 - it has grown into amce studios GmbH and a subsidiary of amce studios group Holding GmbH.
"Especially the last business year has shown us that the demand for our offers is constantly growing. In order to be able to meet this, also international, demand in the future, the expansion of the company structure is the only logical consequence," says Cedric Coors, Managing Director of amce studios GmbH.
The GmbH will commence operations at the beginning of the 2023 financial year. Amelie Diehl and Cedric Coors remain in the management. All employees and service providers will be taken over when the GmbH commences operations on January 1, 2023.
"We are pleased to be able to take the step to the new corporate form. For us, not only do the new companies start doing business, but we also begin a new chapter in our company history as a digital agency," says Amelie Diehl, Managing Director of amce studios. The two companies are based in Darmstadt.
