After Yalda's Master's degree, which not only opened up knowledge but also new paths for creative impact and inclusive design, she seized the opportunity to develop herself further. Yalda, Senior Art Director on the last three months: "Reaching a milestone in your career is very special - and it was no different for me. For me, completing a Master's degree was about more than just the title. It was about discovering new ways to make an impact, promote inclusion and create deeper connections through design. I wanted to learn how to better immerse, engage and develop an even deeper understanding.
After graduating, I was given an incredible opportunity by our incredibly supportive and inspiring team of directors at amce studios: the chance to take on the role of Senior Art Director. Anyone who knows me knows that I didn't hesitate for a second to say 'yes'!
Now, three months into this exciting new chapter, I can already feel the difference. As they say, with a promotion comes more responsibility. The challenges are greater, the tasks more extensive - but the enthusiasm for pushing boundaries is just as great. We work hard to deliver the best for our customers, to refine our methods and to constantly develop. It's been an exciting and rewarding journey so far - and I can't wait to see what's next!"
